Use your school's OID. In your settings you can send a connection request to your school. Once it is approved, approvals, bookings and further processes follow the workflow configured by your school.

Providers and course offers are reviewed by erasmio against basic Erasmus+ criteria. This includes whether the course offer and location align with relevant Erasmus+ framework conditions, making the search for suitable mobility options more transparent.

No. An OID is not required to register and publish courses on erasmio. The OID mainly helps organisations and schools manage Erasmus+ funding. An existing OID can still be perceived as an additional trust signal by schools and participants.

What does erasmio cost for providers?

Registration and the Planning Free plan for the planning tool cost €0 per month and are guaranteed to remain free through 31 December 2027. There is no per-registration fee, no payment method is required and there is no automatic switch to a paid plan. We will announce any future price at least three months in advance; a paid subscription starts only after explicit consent. A separate platform software fee applies to bookings actually managed through the platform, at the rate shown for the booking.

How do payouts via Stripe Connect work?

After registration you can create a standalone profile page with an individual URL. It works like your own website without visibly pointing back to the marketplace.
